Late Deliveries
- Most deliveries happen as planned, but in some cases, packages can take longer than the estimated delivery timeframe.
- The delay in delivery could stem from several different reasons, such as:

- If the shipping address in your Order Confirmation is accurate, please check Shipping and Delivery.
- If you’ve submitted an incorrect address in your Order Confirmation, we are unable to modify it at this stage.

- Extreme weather such as storms, tsunamis, or heatwaves can lead to shipping delays. Like all courier companies, we face challenges delivering in such weather. Stay informed through local news and weather reports, and be aware that if your local post office is reporting adverse weather, your package might arrive late. We ask for your patience and understanding during this time.
