The Tracking Number Has Been Emailed
- If the shipment status reads “Label Created” or “The shipment notification has been sent,” kindly message us using our Contact Form page. We’ll check with our Fulfillment Center and let you know the result within 24 to 48 business hours.
- Once the status has shifted from “Label Created” or “The shipment notification has been sent,” the parcel is considered to be in transit from our Fulfillment Center. At this stage, intercepting the shipment becomes challenging, but we will do our best to reach out to the carrier and look into any potential solutions. We appreciate your understanding and will communicate with you regarding any updates.
