There are cases when packages are returned due to undeliverability.
- Packages are sometimes returned for various reasons as undeliverable:
- If the address provided is incorrect or outdated, the courier will likely hold the package for a period, and it may eventually be returned to us. To prevent this, always confirm your address details before confirming your order.
- If an incorrect shipping address was provided and the order has shipped, please submit a ticket through our Contact Form page. We will assess the situation to determine if a replacement can be sent, though refunds are not possible as all sales are final.
- If an incorrect shipping address was provided in your order and you contacted us before the order shipped submit a ticket through our Contact Form page so we can check on what would be the best approach to resolve the issue and make things right!

- If the error is just a spelling mistake, such as "Loa Angeles," there's a high chance the local post office can still identify the correct address. Please reach out to them for clarification.
- If there is an issue with the street address, zip code, or city, we’ll contact your local post office to have the error corrected. If the fix can’t be made, we’ll send a replacement instead.

- If the address entered doesn't match the system's recognized format, or if the assigned carrier cannot deliver to that address, the package may be delayed or returned.
- If you send your order to a restricted address, such as a prison, correctional facility, or similar, the carrier might face delivery challenges due to specific regulations.
- After a failed attempt, the carrier usually makes several more delivery attempts. If those also fail, the package will be returned to us.
- The recipient refused the delivery. A gift recipient who isn't expecting a gift may refuse a package if they believe it's being delivered to them by mistake.
