- Here are some reasons why tracking information may not be available:
- The first scan of your package is commonly registered when it arrives at a regional hub near the destination, especially during busy shipping periods. The carrier may not recognize the package until this scan is performed.
- The tracking system may not register a scan until the item reaches delivery.
- Expect possible delays in receiving updates to your tracking information.
- For Standard International shipments and similar, tracking is unavailable. But you can count on your package arriving by the 20th or 25th business day.

- If there’s no update in your tracking after 20 or 25 business days, please allow for an additional 5 business days to receive your package. Generally, most packages arrive around or shortly after the 20th or 25th business day.

How are shipping and delivery dates calculated?
- We base our delivery estimates on the shipping date and transit time combined.
- Transit time is calculated based on the shipping method you select. We use business days to determine the time required for delivery, excluding weekends unless weekend delivery is an option at checkout. Additionally, we consider holidays in the transit time calculation.
- For some delivery dates, an "order within" timer may appear, showing the time you have to place your order to receive it by the specified date. Keep in mind that this date may change before you finalize your order, and the confirmed delivery date will be included in your email.
- With Free Shipping, your package will generally be delivered between 7 and 25 business days. To keep shipping costs low, we use the most economical shipping options, which may cause a slight delay. However, we promise your order will arrive on time within the delivery window.
Expedited Shipping
- For us to provide you with the most affordable item, we seldom offer expedited shipping.
- If it is available on the Shipping/Checkout page, the delivery is within 7 to 15 business days for US and 10 to 20 business days for International Shipping.
